Because of the time and commitment ECU Transit puts forth for you obtain your CDL, you are also asked to commit to work a minimum of 1 year following completion of the training program. You are paid through training and reimbursed for the cost associated with obtaining a CDL from the DMV. For most student operators, this takes approximately 1-2 months to complete.
